When we first stepped into the wonderful world of people in the 1990’s it was a very different place. People were being micro-managed against stretched SMART objectives held in drab, complex appraisal systems. Line managers spoke about developing your weaknesses and providing you with performance-related pay. People were expected to go above and beyond whether they wanted to or not and when it came to feedback, it was a "do as I say" world.

Thankfully, that's all changed. Not only do we better understand people more today than we ever have before but the wonderfully diverse world in which we live provides such rich insights into what makes us tick and what helps us to be the best version of ourselves.

    Your host, the person who takes you on the Looper journey, the person who ensures your experience is comfortable, fun and unique. Lou’s role is about giving you all the information you need, at the right time and should you have any questions along the way, they will be there to answer them. Think of Lou as your Looper Personal Assistant.

  • Meet Lonnie

    Your pilot, the person who will lead the journey making it smooth, enjoyable and comfortable. In other words, Lonnie is the survey tool itself, stress-tested for all environments and quality checked to ensure you have the best experience. They know what to do in an emergency and will respond quickly to any bumps along the way with the help of your host Lou.

  • Meet Lionel

    The one who wears the white lab coat. They focus on one thing, turning the answers from your survey into meaningful, simple and actionable insights that allow you to understand more about where you are now in your career journey, and where the growth opportunities are in your knowledge, skills and behaviours. They're not much of a talker so you won’t hear a lot from them, but they are very passionate about building your trust by giving you the information you need to move forward.
