Loop One - Just You
And by just you, we mean just you!
This simple one-dimensional survey allows your colleagues to take the time to reflect and complete a simple survey about themselves to assess where they feel they are when it comes to their knowledge, skills and behaviours. The outputs of completing this survey for themselves are identifying opportunities for development and growth in their roles and careers.
Loop Two - You & Your Manager
Sometimes getting someone else’s perspective can add great value, it allows you to put your thoughts and reflections forward, but then get the thoughts from someone else, because feedback is a gift! And who better to complete this with you than your Line Manager, not only will it allow you to create a balanced view, but it creates the potential for future development conversations with your Manager, and you can gain their support should you wish to develop yourself in the areas identified.
Loop Three - You, Your Manager & a Colleague
Want to add another perspective? Want even more balance? Getting your Managers input is so valuable but how about getting the view of a peer, someone you work with every day but you don’t report to. They may see things that you or your Manager don’t, and have experiences and interactions that differ from the relationship you have with your Manager, so let’s get them involved and create a three-dimensional view.
Loop Four or More
Known as a 360° survey, this is where you would get feedback from multiple sources. It takes time, it needs to be done with care and consideration, but depending on your situation, your team’s situation and your business situation, this might be the solution you need. Supporting by planned feedback/coaching sessions to playback the feedback to you and your Manager.

With you we can create tailored surveys aligned to your business strategy, any existing behaviour frameworks (or we can design one for you), the values of your organisation, role profiles, performance review processes and anything else you may use to assess performance output and behaviours within your business. Our surveys can be fully white-labelled to create an instant connection between your brand and your people.
Looper Surveys
For all three areas we have pre-existing surveys that have been designed using the insights, knowledge and experience we have from our 10+ years of partnering with other Clients. Again these can still be fully white labelled (or not), but would remove some of the work and cost upfront required for the tailored survey approach.
And finally, it’s worth mentioning that our surveys are also used for recruitment allowing you to assess the behaviours and development opportunities of new candidates.
